According to the raw water source and the required treated water quality, the color and turbidity are the two target items to handle. Accordingly , filtering process is chose. Flocculation is also necessary to be used prior to filtering considering a certain turbidity in order to make sure the cleaning efficiency. Consequently, we scheme to use the process combining the flocculation and filtering .

Raw water → water collecting pump→mixing pipe→integrated high-effected auto-backwashed filtering device →clean water pond →lift pump→water use point ↑

Function: mixing the chemicals PAC & PAM with water

2) Reaction tank:
Size:500*1500*6000mm
Material: Carbon steel

Function: Space for chemicals reacting with water,removing particles,suspended solids,etc.

3) Sedimentation tank:
Size:2000*1500*3000mm
Material: Carbon steel
Function: Space for flocculants sedimentation

4) Sand filter/Valveless filter:
Size:1500*1700*2000mm
Material: Carbon steel
Function: further purifying water.Valveless filter can backwash water automatically by gravity.

5) Clean water tank
Size:1500*1700*1000mm
Material: Carbon steel
Function: Final purified water will be stored here.
