Operating Principle:
Multimedia filter and activate carbo filter are pre-treatment
filters which is done by filter media (quartz sand, activate
carbon, gravel, anthracite..etc) to purify raw water first then
enter into water softener.
As Calcium and Magnesium are the main substances for the hardness
water. In order to exchange Ca2+, Mg2+(main component of scale),
cation exchanger (softener) is needed. After running for a long
time, resin shall be regenerated by sodium chloride(NaCl).
Reaction equation of softening (R is resin):
2RNa+Ca2+=R2Ca+2Na+ 2RNa+Mg2+=R2Mg+2Na+
Reaction equation of regeneration:
R2Ca+2NaCl=2RNa+CaCl2 R2Mg+2NaCl=2RNa+MgCl2

Supply overseas commissioning:
System will be pre-testing before delivery. Operation manual will
be provided as well. If technicans still require at installation
site, all costs involved, including visa fee, air ticket,
accommodation costs, etc, are paid by buyer. In addition, each
technician should be paid salary every day.

1. What is the price list?
We quote according to details from a certain water treatment unit
designed based on raw water condition , treatment requirements and
capcity from our customers or details of certain designs from our
customers of cooperating engineering companies.
2.What certifications do we have & what guarantee do we have ?
We are certificated by ISO, BV and TUV. Our equipment has one year
of gurantee.
3. How to pay?
TT is most appreciated. Our practical is TT. 40% deposit before
producing, 60% balance before loading by TT.
4. How to do onsite installation?/how to start up /operate / shut
down /maintain?
We offer manual /illustration/ drawing for installation and
operation and maintenance. Special technician can be sent to do guide and train work if necessary to the customer, but a
reasonable fee will be paid by customers.
