Introduction

Reverse osmosis removes salt and most other dissolved inorganic material present in the water. It is a kind of membrane separation techniques, when external pressure is applied to the more concentrated(feed water) side of the membrane to reverse the natural osmotic flow. This forces the feed water through the semi permeable membrane. The impurities are deposited on the membrane surface and sent to drain and the water that passes through the membrane as product water is, for the most part, free of impurities. The water purifier (except consumable items) has one year guarantee. If it breaks down, generally

speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback.

Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

2)How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL or FedEx, including Packing List,

Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

3)How long is the production period?

For desktop and water purifier , it would be 7~15 days; For large scale water purification system

and customized water filter system according to client s specific requirements, it would be 25 to

45 days.

4) How's the payment?
