Service Description about seawater desalination unit
Providing solution of seawater desalination system and RO water
treatment unit in accordance to specified requirements with
technical detail, water report analysis, water intake solution,
technical process design, output quality prediction, production,
functional testing, site commissioning, packing, shipping
arrangement, and post-sale service.
Before RO water desalination plant delivery
Operation instructions and technical scheme, together with
operation cost prediction list would be offered before ocean water
desalination plant delivery. Another, authoritative inspection can
be arranged and issued by the third party or by the buyer before
delivery.
Main Devices in RO salt water desalination plant
Feed water pump
Providing pressure to sand / carbon filter. According to the
treatment scale, to choose suitable brand and compond mode.
Ultra-filtration system
Instead of pretreatment process of sand filter in small seawater
treatment system. To get rid of turbidity, suspended matter,
organic matter, colloid and sort of large particles in water.
Security filter / Micron filter
Prevent any deposition of large particles, bacteria and viruses
from entering high pressure pump and RO membrane. The accuracy is
5um and 1um, for holding back any large particulates such as large
iron, dust, suspended matter and other impurities.
High pressure pump
Booster the feed water from pretreatment system into seawater RO
system with the high pressure, the pressure is between 4.5 to 6.0
Mpa.
RO system
RO unit is the key part of reverse osmosis water treatment plant.
It is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and
98% of organics and silica, 85 % of B. Easy operation and about 2
to 3 years life span.
